Therefore, we went the other way: by reducing the flight time, we reduce the planned time, and at the same actual cost, we receive an increase in revenue.


We normalize expenses, for example, navigation, repair fund, fuel, and supplies, both in rubles and in foreign currency, and also set the standard for the formation of a salary fund for the crew. From all income, we subtract the actual expenses that have passed through the accounting department, and we get a net self-supporting income (profit). For each ruble of income increase, we charge 3.5 kopecks to the wage fund, and for each ruble of income increase, we charge 1.5 rubles to the incentive fund. Thus, we abolished the system of flight and quarterly bonuses. In addition, they abandoned the maintenance crews and gave their salary fund to the crew to pay for the factory work they performed.
